The source EDUCAREER model carries the vision of cooperating with universities and chambers of commerce in every province, of students gaining applied experience in a business related to their profession, and of connecting the company pool to the system.
CURRENT NBBTC EDU EQUIVALENT
In the current NBBTC EDU, this goal is run in a controlled way through university/partner relationships, active authority scope, the education case and career records.
Scholarships and student life support
SOURCE EDUCAREER VISION
The source model includes commitments such as a monthly scholarship of 300 euros, a transport card, basic needs and social support.
CURRENT NBBTC EDU EQUIVALENT
These are not automatic promises. Scholarships and student support are not shown as active or binding services without a verified funding source, contract, regulation and authorized approval.
Applied training and supervisor development

The source model aims for students to do applied work throughout their education, gain field experience and develop as supervisor candidates.

Employment and employment contract goal
SOURCE EDUCAREER VISION
The source EDUCAREER text explicitly includes the goal of a job guarantee for scholarship students and the provision of an employment contract after graduation.
CURRENT NBBTC EDU EQUIVALENT
The current NBBTC EDU does not publish this as a binding guarantee. A verified opportunity/placement flow can be set up through CareerCase and the partner contract; a guarantee arises only when there is an authorized contract and a financial/legal basis.
