Before you begin

Why are no current programs listed here?

The public publication source is not connected. Restricted organization programs are not copied into the public catalog.

Does an application link create a record?

No. It opens the authorized workspace. Draft creation and submission remain separate actions after session and program checks.

Is my completion record a certificate?

No. Completion is a learning record. A certificate requires a separate, verifiable record from its issuer.
